Take-Two Interactive has shared major new details about GTA VI during its latest earnings call, and for once - it’s actually solid official information.
CEO Strauss Zelnick confirmed that Rockstar’s full marketing push for GTA VI will begin this summer, meaning the real hype phase is finally about to start.

The company also shut down rumors about a delayed disc release. According to Take-Two, both physical and digital versions are expected to launch on the same day, with no separate release window.
Zelnick also stated that Rockstar is not using generative AI to create GTA VI. While Take-Two uses AI and machine learning as technical tools, he emphasized that the game’s creative work is still being made by real developers, not automated systems.
