November 21, 2024, marked the Golden Joystick Awards 2024 ceremony, celebrating the best in video games.
At the event, Grand Theft Auto 6 secured the award for "Most Anticipated Game."
During the acceptance speech, a representative from Rockstar Games expressed gratitude to all fans of the Grand Theft Auto series and shared an exciting teaser about GTA 6. According to him, the developers are currently doing incredible work on the game and are preparing something truly amazing.
"Thank you so much for this incredible award. Additionally, a massive thanks to all the fans. They are the most important thing for us. They mean so much to us at Rockstar. An incredible number of people are doing something remarkable with Grand Theft Auto 6—something absolutely stunning. So, it’s a real honor to be able to come here and accept this award on behalf of everyone. I wish more of us could be here tonight. But thank you all so much, and yes—more news is coming soon.

According to the Rockstar Games representative, we can expect new updates on the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6 very soon, along with the second trailer for the game.
As per some insiders, the second GTA 6 trailer is expected to be released in December 2024. This aligns with Rockstar Games' trend of releasing the second trailer for their games a year after the first.
