One detail about GTA 6 really puts its scale into perspective. For the first time in the history of the series, the game is being developed not just by Rockstar North, but by every Rockstar Games studio worldwide.
According to estimates, around 6000 developers from 10 different Rockstar studios are involved in the project. Teams from New York, Toronto, London, Tel Aviv, Pune and other locations are all contributing to a single game.
This is a major shift for Rockstar. Previous GTA titles were mainly led by Rockstar North, with support from other studios. GTA 6 breaks that pattern completely and becomes a true global collaboration.

No hype needed here. These numbers speak for themselves.
