A new wave of GTA VI discussion has exploded online after Rockstar Games reportedly confirmed in a legal case that at least three fired employees were connected to GTA VI leaks.
The case itself was related to Rockstar layoffs, where the company reportedly had to clarify that the dismissals were not tied to union prevention. Instead, Rockstar argued the firings were justified because of serious NDA violations and involvement in leaking sensitive information.
If true, this would be one of the clearest examples yet of Rockstar’s “zero tolerance” policy when it comes to GTA VI leaks.
According to reports, one of the leaked details that appeared shortly before a firing included the last names of the main protagonists, which has led fans to believe that other information shared earlier by insider GameRoll may also be legitimate.
The leak claims GTA VI will include:
The leak also describes a system where Jason and Lucia have separate action options, including joint interactions during robberies.
It also claims:
Other claimed details include:
The leak claims GTA VI will have five story chapters, and that the “Jason buying soda” scene from Trailer 2 is actual gameplay.
It also mentions cut ideas, including:
Even if the court case confirms that leaks were tied to real employees, it does not automatically mean every leaked detail is accurate. Rockstar could have changed or removed many features since then.
But if the firing truly happened over these discussions, it strongly suggests that at least part of this leak was based on real internal information.
